(Inc.) by e-mail via info(at)reformenglish.com or short message via +49 162 701 3186 about the changes of the schedule not later than 24 hours to the confirmed lesson.
Under European Union rules 2011 (2011/83/EU) if you bought a good or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. In this case we will give you back the money for the remaining lessons.
